Can't log in to game

I can't log in to the game. When i open client it says "Invalid username or Password"..

try without capital letter maybe it's that what bug a bit o.o

i don't have capital letters in my account name or password.. :/

you tryed your acc in the CP before the game ?? o.o
cuz if it don't show at the CP you need make a new acc and if it's not that so i don't know >.<

Control Panel it's in the main site o.o
at the high right of the site you would see "Panel" then click it and try your acc in it o.o

First of all Welcome to our server :)

Make new char :) we already said :

Welcome to Total War Perfect World , We Hope That You Will Enjoy While You StayPlease Note : after you registred youre account go to our control panel and test if it works.

Some of the accounts DONT work on control panel. Make sure you tested youre account.

If you already made characters on the account and didnt tested is not Admin's fault.

If it says invalid characters you must of acctually used "invalid characters" remake new account with normal letters

Thank you for replying! It worked now. i made a new acc!! idk why it didn't work earlier when i did exactly same things as now.. Well anyways see ya in game then! :)
