I - Fixed Cyrus Quest
II - Added the mising mobs on world map , locations :
~ Saruman The Devil 652 385
~ Theoden The Might 623 406
~ Nazgul The Lord 598 407
III - Started Teritory War
IV - Changed skins of Liquid Master , Skilled Master , Useful Stuff
V - In order to reduce the strenght of wizzard removed 2 books Demon - Force Of Will , Sage - Mountain Size
VI - Changed skin and icon of starter weapons
VII - To avoid alts farming a bit we removed blue name
VIII - Increased HP on Quest Monsters
IX - Changed skin of outside ADC West Guards
