I voted only once, and the site says check your control panel to see if it works? So okay how do I know if it works because now I have a character and it still doesn't show it nor when I voted once my character was made it still didn't show my character or vote points. Is this normal or what?

Vote point will be credited to the boutique as far as I know and the cp character list is updated every 12hrs or so.

votes have been a bit hit and miss for me lately, sometimes i get cubi and sometimes not :(
