Problem patching

Hi guys, i have just finished downloading and installing the game. But the problem is when i tried to patch the game it is saying "update server connection failed" could any GM help me out. I checked on the site and it shows that the server is on... please i need your help.. i really wanted to play in this server..

i checked it out and i didn't get it... i thought it will show me guides on how to fix it but it actually just a thread talking about the same problem as mine.. are you telling me to install the teamviewer so that you can check it out for me?
