Help with client!

So i downloaded the 3 parts and the patch. I put all of the files including the patch in a folder and extracted them. It made a Config,element,launcher, and patcher folder. Then a TotalWarPW folder with all of those folders in it and with the uninstall files.Did i mess something up? Was i supposed to do the patcher after those 3 Total Ward downloads? When i try to update game it says its done then i press start it it says "could not launch". Thanks

ok so i extracted the 3 files i downloaded. After that finished i extracted the Full Patch to the Total War PerfectWorld folder and launched the patcher. I selected patch one, and after a few seconds a screen popped up with 2 boxes but no words on it...i clicked each placer where the buttons seem to be but it says update terminated each time :(
