I have downloaded this server twice and i keep getting a virus from the files and on the control panel. ive also had to reset my hard drive twice because of this. finally i stopped downloading it but i would like to comeback and play as long as the viruses get taken out. me and two of my other friends have got this problem so i know its not just me. It would really be nice if u would check into this so i can get back to playing as-well as a few others.

exactly what Zuza said i wasn't the only one...and i know a lot of u aren't getting it which is something id like to know. i have a virus scanner and protector and it does work...Ive download many other servers before and Ive never had this issue with any of them but this one...all I'm saying is the files need to be checked and scanned cuz I'm sure i wont be the last one to get this issue. and u ask me that as if i know what the issue is...if i knew what it was don't u think id have it fixed?

I have had this problem, it's not a real virus it's a fake one. Norton for example sees it as a virus. All you have to do is shut your Virus program down for like 15 mins and it should be good. Hope it helps

i did that and it still comes up when it reactivates and then it will delete the elementclient and launcher files...it also screws with my Skype but since i don't have the server downloaded it doesn't do anything to my Skype...only when i have it downloaded...regardless fake or real whatever this virus thing is needs to be removed

Sadly I had this problem too so I added the files to my exceptions on my antivirus, but the listed viruses are real (this was in the torrent download).
This resulted in a 2 day fix for my PC which counted a massive number of infections after connecting.
I'm not risking re-downloading any version of the client again until this is definitely fixed which is a shame as I was looking forward to checking out the server.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and looked into a.s.a.p.

I tried scanning with different antiviruses , but i havent found anz virus in the files.
